A friend of mine was having problem painting a certain picture
, and i gave him some few tips which i share here also
first step, try to get the entire shape of what you are trying to paint, forget about the details in there and the stylization ,
next try to replicate reality a window, is a window, under a roof is under roof, so make sure you outline the places where you want the shadows to be
i clearly didn't have much time to detail mine, but at least i was able to replicate an environment, with just few steps.
