fallen soldier before the d-day( more 3d logo with hive)

Two days to the last day in August, my hard drive decides to get funky, and now I'm on the edge of loosing my files, (its not reading anytime i connect it to the laptop,. if any one knows how to fix that please help, cause I've got a lot of files on the hard drive including the ones for the 4 years on hive anniversary and some client's unfinished works, hence my silence from hive for the past, 4 days, I've been trying to do C.P.R on this thing and it wouldn't resurrect, and i don't think I've ever dropped it or anything.
