For my first time joining this challenge, here's my entry for the splinterland art challenge (Yokai the alien monster). I'm really excited to finally be able to show you guys an illustration i did last month, for the challenge but due to a lot of work load couldn't find time to upload.
I'm not gonna lie i should have joined this fun challenge a looong time ago but i was a little bit scared though im, not gonna lie, yes i was, but now here i am.
Heres the process:
so i started out really rough, i initially didn't know what i was gonna draw
but through some clean ups it started coming out nice
I had to work separately on the clouds, just to get the angle of where the light will be coming from, so i turned off the character folder, and did some tweaking on the clouds
id thoughts of puttingbatleships behind him
but i just decided to keep it simple
